Nancy loves to push clients to their limits – she loves to challenge herself and challenge others.  Having had the opportunity to work in a post-secondary institution where police, firemen and paramedics did their physical training, she saw first hand how trainees could push themselves beyond their normal range.  As a personal trainer, she incorporates some of this intensity into her classes and training programs!

Fitness Evaluation

A fitness evalution determines were your current level of fitness is. We look at a health evalution, body composition, strength, endurance or aerobic capacity.  Taking these elements into planning allows myself, as the coach, to plan for you and your levels not a generic standard. 


Excercise Plans

Part two is the actual fitness plan.  The plan is added to the app and set up for you to start.  You can do the plan at your convenience with the parameters we have discussed that will work with your lifestyle.  Everyone functions differently and our goal is to find what works best for you.



If weight loss is a goal then food intake is definitely a key element.  This will make or break your weight loss.  There are so many diets and plans available.  I have yet to find one that works across the board for everyone one.  It is about evaluating your lifestyle and determining what will work for you.
